in 2000 I took my plates "kab4u" off my taxi van,and always planned to use them again.how or where can I confirm my ownership of my plates,and do I need some pro0of they are mine before selling?thanks Neil

Hi there,
I might be best to call the NZTA on 0800 699 000 and see if they can send you proof of having these plates on a vehicle registered to you in the past.
