Hi. I was just wondering if your allowed to carry a passenger and the rules for a moped that has too seats and extra foot rests.
This if for a person with a Learner license

Hi there,
No you are not able to take passengers even on a moped.
NZTA rules state •If you are learning to ride a moped, you must not ride it between 10pm and 5am and you must not carry passengers.
