I received 3 speeding infringements within 10 minutes at the same spot (I won't bore you with the details as to how I came to pass this same spot 3 times in 10 minutes). Is there any limit to number of infringements you can receive within a specified time frame please?

Gosh that does sound unfortunate..
I have not found a rule with regards to how many infringements can be issued inside a specific time-frame. The potential for infringement is very much active until the regulation ceases to be broken.
