I would like to know if i have any say in who would fix my car in a accident,while it was parked i had a small truck turn to soon while leaving a car park and he hit the back of my car causing damage to my right hand back guard,ive spoken to the company involved,and they are looking at there procedures on what they are to do,they have insurance and i dont.

I recommend obtaining a quote on the cost of repairs and give it to the company and they might give you the go ahead to repair. If they claim through their business insurance, they might have to use an approved repairer.
