Hi,

We purchased vehicle from a dealer at the end of Sept 2017.

The vehicle has come up with a suspension fault error and have also noticed that the passenger floor gets saturated when it rains.

Do i have a right to return this vehicle?

Hi there,
You may have cover under the CGA for a remedy, but you must give them first right of repair. It is best to first contact the dealer, advise of the problems and give them opportunity to repair. Your rights can be found here: https://www.consumerprotection.govt.nz/get-guidance/buying-maintaining-and-renting-a-car/solving-issues-with-your-car-dealer/
