Is it still the same as in the 2011 post whereby if I have Personalised Plates and I am keeping the plates when I sell the car, I just go to the local (Napier) AA office and switch over to a newly issued set ?

And what's the cost please ?

If you want to keep your personalized for used on another vehicle it is easy

Fill in a MR6A form available at the site and take identification with you like a drivers licence with you to exchange your plate for the standards government issue plates at a cost of 19.41 dollars.
