I am aware that when I have to pass the center line to get past a park car safely i must indicate right, however do I still have to indicate if there is no center line.

Hi there,
I can't find a particular driving rule on the subject. But it would seem that indicating could be more confusing for oncoming traffic and more for the benefit of a vehicle that is behind.
