Hi, I have had 2006 Toyota Noah since October, 2017. My mechanic has discovered worn universal at drive shaft and collapsed bearing in diff. I purchased from Grant Fowler Car LTD. Do I have any recourse regarding warranty?

Hi there,
It is a tricky one in these cases, as most things would be covered by the CGA for a short time after purchase.
In this case, the question would need to be asked "Is it reasonable for this vehicle (taking into account age, mileage, usage, and price paid) to have this kind of problem?. If you think the dealer should still be responsible, then speak to them about it. If you can't agree, the matter may have to be referred to a tribunal after the repairs have been carried out.
