The scenario is like this, in an inclined (uphill) un-lane road where there are also cars parked on street (both sides) two cars are coming (one is going uphill and the other one is downhill) who will give way? Is there a rule for that or it depends on which driver give way?

Hi there,
I've seen a recommendation that drivers coming down a hill should give way to those coming up, but I don't see it as a road rule.
It is more of a courtesy as to who gives way, I reckon that the vehicle reaching the parked car first can carry on through while the other car slows. I have this same issue down my road every day, some drivers are nice and acknowledge, and some can be quite rude.
