Just trying ascertain who would be at fault in this situation.

Car A driving along main highway in 70kph zone travelling East.
Car B pulls out of driveway on the right hand side of the road into the eastbound lane.
Cars collide.
Car A has damage to the front driver's side panel above the front right wheel.
Car B has damage to the passenger side front door area / middle of car.

Hi there,
From what I can see, car B is the one changing direction and entering the traffic flow and must enter safely and make sure the way is clear throughout the manoeuvre.
The road code says "Turning can be dangerous, because it usually means you have to cross the path of other vehicles. Remember turning traffic gives way to traffic that is not turning"
