If I have an accident and my car has a current Warrant of Fitness but an expired registration, am I still covered for insurance?

To be legally allowed on the road, your vehicle must have a current WoF and be registered. In the event of an accident your insurer would be within their rights to reject any claim if one or both conditions were not being met.
