Like an elderly person who refuses to use the internets, I would like a copy of this report but will not make a phone call (or use signal fires, smoke signals, or a fax machine for the record).

Where is the email/online option to acquire the report? This will provide a paper trail rather than simply spouting a credit card number over the phone and hoping that a report turns up with no proof of any transaction having occurred.

There is currently only avaiable over the phone,you get a gst reciept generated and emailed as soon as the payment has gone through. Then the report is emailed to you separately.
The payment is made through a DPS service the same as our other over the phone booking and payment services which are a lot more than $20.
