I have the following vehicles, should I be using 91 in them or 95?

2005 Mazda Axela 2.0L
2004 Honda CR-V 2.4L VTEC

Both vehicles are Japanese Imports.

Both cars should run fine on 91, you may see little difference using 95. But both are fine.
