Which petrol ,regular or premium , can I use in my 2007 2.3 Duratec engined MA series Mondeo

Hi there,
Ford say because the car is European based, the higher the octane the better.
However you can use 91, but may use more of it. And if the engine starts to pink up hills ect. Then switch to 95.
Short answer, you can use either or.
