Hi, Can you please advise what I can expect my employer to reimburse me per km for using my personal car for business.

Any rate agreed between employers and employees is a matter to be negotiated between the parties, so I can't say what you can expect your employer to pay.
As a guide, the AA running cost rate for a car of this type (which includes all your ownership costs including depreciation) is 65c per km.
