Is there a Calculation to work out the rates of mileage to a different engine size.

There's not a straight calculation as such, but the AA's running cost report is available for AA Members by logging into My AA on this website.
We carry out the calculations on vehicles at 3 to 5 years of age and the biggest factor for running costs is depreciation on the vehicle.
FYI, the IRD rate across all vehicles is 77c per km, but there are certain guidelines to claim this amount, including mileage limitations, keeping a logbook etc.
