Hi, would you please help with calculating mileage fee for recovery purposes for Toyota Prado 2012 Diesel and VW Golf 1995 TDi?

For a vehicle up to 3.0litre (your Prado), the calculation is 81.6c per km. However, the Golf is very difficult to calculate due to its age (assuming you haven't made a typo and it is 1995, not 2005? - as I'm not sure there was a 1995 Golf TDI).
If it is 2005, it would be 68.7c per km. A 1995 car may only be about half that figure.
The biggest component to running a vehicle is depreciation, and a vehicle that is close to 20 years old has depreciated significantly.
