Could I have the fuel and running costs for a 2010 Mazda 2

Does this include the fixed costs (rego, insurance, depreciation)? If so what is the costs without the fixed costs.

Yes, this is all up - includes everything including depreciation, which is a major component.
The flexible costs which include petrol, oil, tyres and R&M are 21.3c per km.
