CAn you indicate what the running cost on a New fiat 500 pop 1200 cc engine are please. Also does the cost include time cost of the driver or running only?

The overall running cost of this vehicle would be 53.2c per km. This includes everything associated with the vehicle (petrol, tyres, WoF, registration, insurance, servicing, depreciation etc) but does not include your time.
