It's hard to say for a 12 year old car. The AA calculation for a 1.6 litre car at the 3rd year of age is 64.2c per km, but as we've said here many times before, the biggest component is depreciation and your car has already depreciated significantly so I wouldn't expect the real running cost to be more than about 40c per km.
However, this is the running cost rate. Any employee/employer rate is for the parties to negotiate.
