Please can you tell me how much I should be charging per kilometre for my vehicle. It's got 143000k's on the clock.

With a vehicle of this age it comes down to a negotiation between you and the person you are charging (possibly your employer?).
Depending on which engine your Altezza has, the AA's calculation would vary between 63.9 and 79.1c per km, however, these are calculated on vehicles at the 3rd year of age where depreciation is the biggest cost. A 14 year old car has already depreciated significantly, so the real running cost may be in the order of around 40c per km.
