I have a 2001 Toyota land criuser and want to know what rate to charge my employer to cover expenses other than diesel and RUC.
ie. insurance, Maintenance, Tyres wear and tear (personal depreciation as I''m PAYE) and can't claim back.

It really comes down to a negotiation between you and your employer. The AA's running cost calculations for a Land Cruiser would be $1.08 per km, however this is based on a three year old vehicle, with depreciation being one of the major cost factors. Obviously, at twelve years of age, your Land Cruiser has depreciated significantly more than a three year old vehicle, therefore, the true running cost of your vehicle is likely to be only around half of that figure.
The best advice is to sit down with your employer and negotiate a fair rate.
