Forum Fuel and economy Fuel type?

I have a Toyota Rav4 2006 2.4L and would like to know what fuel would be best suited, regular or premium?
It is a Japanese import and there is no mention as to what fuel is best.

According to my information the 2004 Toyota RAV 4 2.4L can run on regular unleaded fuel.
