How much would this double cab, two wheel drive vehicle cost to run yearly? It has 250 000 kms but is reasonably well maintained.

It's very difficult to project annual running costs on a 22 year old vehicle, as there will inevitably be unplanned maintenance depending on what has or has not been replaced in the past. Obviously, at 250,000km it poses a high risk of a major component failing (eg; engine etc), which would have a big impact on the running cost.
As a guide, the AA's running cost calculations would indicate around .80c per km for the average user travelling around 14,000km per year (so around $11,200pa) for a vehicle of this type (but not age). However, given that the biggest component to running a vehicle is depreciation, your vehicle would be considerably less as it has depreciated to quite a low point already.
Therefore, your vehicle would probably have an approximate annual running cost of around half this figure.
