Hi I would like to know the running costs per km for a 91 dihatsu Mira so that I can work out travel expenses to give to work and income. Cheers

According to our schedule, a small vehicle with an engine capacity such as yours is quoted at 52.7c per km.
Having said that, running cost calculations are calculated on a vehicle at 3 years of age, with the biggest component in running a vehicle being depreciation. Obviously, on a 21 year old vehicle it has depreciated as low as it will go, so the true cost of running your vehicle will be significantly lower than our calculations would suggest.
Despite that, this figure may be allowable for the purposes of claiming your expenses - you should discuss this with work and income.
