Forum Fuel and economy fuel octane

Hi
I have just bought a 2008 Mazda Atenza 25Z from what I can find online it says to use regular petrol which I take as 91 but I have been told I should be using g 95 ?
if I use 91 will it hurt the engine ?
or can I alternate 91 then 95 ?

Our source doesn't specify using high octane fuel so 91 octane should be fine to use.
