I have a 2015 Holden Commodore VF2 Redline SS with a 6.2 LS3 engine.
Is Gull's Force 10 98 octane with 10% bioethanol a suitable fuel for this vehicle?

I can't see anything that would indicate you can't use an E10 blend, the information that came out when blended fuels first came in says that Holden's manufactured after 1986 can use both E3 and E10, with the exception of Barina models 1985-1994, and Astra SRi 2.2L models post November 2006), 2.2L Twin Top Convertible models post November 2006. If in doubt consult a Holden dealer.
