Forum Fuel and economy 91 or higher octane?

Hi,
The fuel flap on my 2011 Nissan Fuga 370GT says "premium" fuel. The engine is VQ37VHR DOHC 24-valve with a compression ratio of 11:1
I believe US premium matches our 91 octane. Which one should I be using?

Here are the specs we list which state the vehicle requires premium fuel.
Fuel Type Petrol - Premium ULP
Fuel Capacity 80L
