I’m trading in my 2013 Ford Kuga and was considering a 2015 Mazda CX-5 import ($20k) or 2017 Kia Sportgage ($23k) but also see there’s a special on new Kia Sportage ($29k)— what’s the best option?

We would recommend the newest car that your budget allows, and also NZ preference before used imports. :-)
The new Sportage is actually a very good vehicle and we are not aware of any issues with them as yet. Our recent review can be found on this link
