What travel constitutes claimable mileage? Is it Work to Location and back or just work to location? i.e. Work to Location to home-what could/should. be claimed.

Mileage claims are a negotiation between you and the company you are claiming to and could be made up of any of the combinations you mentioned. There are no generic rules as to claim travel types- and each business will have different usage terms in their contracts.
