I have a 2010 Honda Fit & around town only getting 9.5 kms per litre. It has been suggested I should try 95 octane Fuel to see if this improves fuel economy. Vehicle has done 31000 kms. Your thoughts please

Hi there,
An 8 year old car with such low km's might need an airfilter, fuel filter and sparkplugs to be looked at. Or the engine intake might need a bit of a clean out.
This figure translates to around 10.5L/100km which is not too far off an expected city driving. It could be a bit lower, 95 may or may not make much difference, but no harm in trying, it could just you cost more to buy the fuel.
