Hi there, just doing a bit of googling and I see you used to provide running cost $/km values depending on vehicle type but now you direct similar questions to a form that can be purchased.
My employer has just asked how I'd feel about using my own car for work and has first off offered $0.50/km.
I have a 2001 Lancer Cedia 1.8l Turbo wagon. Is it on the list? It's not very economical so I'm not sure if this rate will cut it.
If not can you direct me towards somewhere that will allow me to work out a reasonable $/km value.
Cheers

Hi there:
Our AA Running cost report is available for purchase, and is based on information obtained for new vehicles and is applicable for the first 5 years of ownership. Information can be found here: http://www.aa.co.nz/cars/maintenance/fuel-prices-and-types/vehicle-running-cost/
Information and costs for older vehicles is not usually readily obtainable and may require individual running cost calculations. However we have found the IRD running cost figures to be widely acceptable for older vehicles (currently 73c).
