Hi, I am doing a working trip with my Diesel SUV carrying a trailer on the back. The trip will be around 130km one way. How much should I charge the business for that? thanks

Our AA Running cost report is available for purchase, and is based on information obtained for new vehicles and is applicable for the first 5 years of ownership. Information can be found here: http://www.aa.co.nz/cars/maintenance/fuel-prices-and-types/vehicle-running-cost/
Information and costs for older vehicles are not usually readily obtainable and may require individual running cost calculations. However we have found the IRD running cost figures to be widely acceptable for older vehicles (currently 72c).
