I have a 2006 Fit Aria for which, the engine splash panel has come undone and as a result is slightly worn in the center. As a result I have fastened the splash panel back in place using zip ties in 4 places. This has made sure that the splash panel doesn't is in line with the front bumper and does not suffer anymore wear.
Would this be an issue when I go to get my WoF renewed? I know that splash panels do not add any strength or affect the strength of the bumper.

This will not affect the WOF result in any way, a lot of undertrays are either missing or held on with ties these days.
