Hi i brought a mazda demio 2011 skyactiv i-stop almost about 3 weeks ago. I have started to notice that the green i-stop light on my dash comes in one the car has heated up. The light is on after the car has heated up and when I am driving. Once I stop the light goes off and doesnt come back on. Us this how i-stop is supposed to work? Because I dont hear the engine cut out when stopped or start up again when I accelerate.

It sounds like the system is trying to operate, but there are very strict conditions in order for it to operate.
