I am considering purchasing a 2010 honda insight (import) - via auto trader. It is a good proce, with low reported mileage. Are there any serviceability / reliability issues I need to be aware of?

Also any issues around this car being an import as opposed to NZ New?

From what I can see, these vehicles were not very popular nor were they rated very well. A lot of reviews say the car uses a lot of oil after a while. I would be a bit aware of 7 year old hybrid/electric technology as it was quite new at that time and might just be giving trouble now.
