I have nearly new tyres on front of car (Achilles 205x50x16) which is a Mazda SP20 2001 but on the back are fitted a different brand ( same size ) one tyre has only 1.5 mm but the other still has 4mm My question is = I can not get this make anymore so can i replace the worn tyre (1.5mm) with a different make so I would have same speed and load rateing but different makes on same akles.

Yes you can have differing brands on the same axle, as long as 1. Tyres must be compatible with the vehicle to which they are fitted.
2. Tyres on the same axle must be of the same size designation and construction, and of the same tread pattern type.
