What type of oil should I put in my Mazda Demio 2005?

Hi there,
I recommend the following oil or similar other branded oil.
Castrol 10w30 or 10w40 grade oil. Or if you prefer a Synthetic oil alternative Edge 5w30.
Good 10w40
Better 5w30
Best= Edge 5w30
