I've been told both front shock top hats are split on 94 Levin - should this prevent passing WOF.

Hi there, this is part of the suspension and depending on the seriousness of it, could eventually fail a wof. You may get a warning first, but it is something that will ultimately require replacement. The Mount Shop may even still supply new ones.
