I have a 2005 subaru outback jap import with which I tow a 1000kg UK caravan can the computor engine chip be programed/changed to give more torque at lower revs?

Hi there,
I'm not aware of this process being available for these vehicles. This would also be quite costly and not recommended, usually only used for turbo vehicles.
