I am now seriously considering swapping my vehicles ordinary reversing light and number plate bulbs to LED's. As these LED's are much brighter will they be too bright to pass the W.O.F.? I have already changed the interior ones to LED's and the difference is amazing. Thanks in advance.

Led bulbs will be fine for those uses. I'm not aware of a wof failure regulation with those
lamps being too bright.
