I have a 2014 Kia Cerato 2.0 SX Hatch.
Tyres are 215/45R17 87H
Brand: NEXEN
The label on the door frame, for that size tyre, lists 32 psi all round. Load or no load.
They are a low profile tyre and many people have suggested that 32 psi seems a bit low for that size tyre.
Could you give me an opinion on this please.

There's more than just the tyre size to consider. This is a relatively light car, with a kerb weight of around 1,300km (max). Manufacturers put a great deal of effort in determining specifications such as this, and recommended tyre pressures take factors such as spring rate, the performance of the vehicle and the expected type of use into consideration.
I'd suggect that under normal operating conditions, a vehicle such as this would run pressures of around 32psi, and as this is the manufacturer's recommendation, that's the pressure I'd use.
