Holden captiva diesel lx 2007 is lacking in power, check engine light comes on and traction control lights come on and decline ascent light on dash shortly followed by service light and a large clunk sound. The motor continues to stay on but no acceleration at all. I have to turn the engine off and restart it.
Today engine just stopped while driving leaving me to coast to a stop without power steering or brakes...
Also noticed diesel fumes starting to come into cab when fresh air vent is on...

I suggest that you get the vehicle towed to a mechanic to have it looked at.
