HI Jack,
I have found the EPC light is just on, and then when I stopped at the intersection, the engine power cuts. The Audi center has spent 4 hours to check and diagnosed the problem was from the broken hose ,and costs me $838 to fix, when I were going to pickup my car, they found it may be another problem, the EPC light is still on, and need to change the engine sensor and then may be another problem. The scanning report can't find anything went wrong. What can I do for this case? Still wait for the fix or get the other quote? Thanks.

As the repairer has worked through a process to diagnose the problem, but there are no faults showing up when he scans the system, it is a case of ensuuring the basics are right first.
Things such as air intake hoses or other basic mechanical components will need to be operational before deeper diagnosis can be done.
I would suggest you stay with the same repairer, otherwise you may end up paying for a second repairer to go through the same process again.

Dear Sir, Thanks for your reply. What does the EPC light on mean?
Engine sensors or aomthing else?

Yes, different manufacturers' acronyms can be confusing!
In this case EPC stands for Electronic Power Control, or the system Audi has for controlling the fly by wire throttle control.
