I have a 2003 Euro Accord (NZ)

My daughter has pulled out the bar under the front seat that connects the forward movement motor (on left hand side) to the right hand side railing

It seems the black spindle is intact but the inside wire/spring is broken.

Is this a job for a panel beater shop and if so approximate cost to replace please

This sounds like a job for a mechanic. I't impossible to guess what the repair might cost without seeing it and/or knowing what new parts may be required.
