My 2.0 litre RAV brake light is starting to come & off while driving.

What would the likely cause be please.

I wonder if it is a warning re the brake fluid level being low in the brake master cylinder.

The level will drop automatically (albeit very slowly) as the brake pads wear or if there is a leak of some description.

May pay to have a quick look at the fluid level or ask your local garage to inspect for you.

They should be able to do this while you wait.

Obviously if there is a leak then it needs to be sorted ASAP.
