Hi, I have an ongoing issue with a noisy/squeaking windscreen wiper. I have already replaced both blades with new blades, and cleaned the windscreen throughly. It's really annoying and I am not sure what else I can do, there are no obvious signs as to what might be causing it. Any help would be REALLY appreciated :)

Depending on make and model, this can be a very difficult problem to solve and on some vehicles it can be close to impossible.
It usually pays to use genuine, good quality manufacturer's wiper blades (not cheap refills) and to make sure they are adjusted correctly (at 90 degrees to the glass) to prevent them dragging in one direction. Also, if you're certain the screen is in good condition and properly cleaned, make sure you are using good quality washer fluid.
I hate to alarm you, but I have seen entire wiper mechanisms, arms, spindles, blades and even the windscreen replaced in an attempt to cure wiper noise, without complete success.
