can you please advise whether elf 15w-40 oil would be suitable for my 1998 Nissan terrano 3.2diesel turbo automatic

For the 3.2L diesel QD32 motor you can use the 15w40 semi-synthetic engine oil with API/ACEA: CD/B3 specification.
