I just rang AA HENDERSON Service and repair , had chat with the receptionist, regarding booking for “bronze” vehicle service. She tied to convince me to choose “Silver” Service, because of better full synthetic oil which is more recommended for my Toyota Agenesis 2005. Is that True or False?

My understanding is that the Silver Service doesn't usually use fully synthetic oil, but perhaps they are offering a promotion of some kind, or there has been a miscommunication.
A synthetic oil is superior and there are benefits in usng synthetic, but it is more expensive. If there is a minimal cost difference, or synthetic oil will be used in the Silver Service in this instance, then it perhaps would be recommended, although your Avensis doesn't "need" synthetic.
