The correct tyre pressures for your Austin Seven are 30 psi (206.7 Kilopascals) front and rear according to my sources.

Apparently the original tyres were Dunlop ELP (Extra Low Pressure), which as the name indicates ran at lower pressures than the replacements.

The most popular tyre on the market would appear to be Firestone Champions which have a maximum load rating of 660 pounds (272 Kilograms).

Because they have a high sidewall construction in comparison to a more modern and conventional tyre, it is very important to keep them well inflated at all times.

If the pressure drops, it can put extra load on the sidewall and cause perishing.
